As we transit from Circuit Breaker to the first phase of re-opening, the safety and health of everyone remain our Town Council’s utmost priority. In tandem with the phased approach at the national level, our Town Council will resume our services gradually and in phases.
Here are some of the affected operations during the first phase of re-opening:
Our offices will remain closed for walk-ins until further notice.
S&CC and TOL Payments
Our payment collection counters will remain closed during this period. You can explore payment modes such as iBanking, AXS/SAM kiosks, or mail the cheques (made payable at "Marine Parade Town Council") to us. Alternatively, you can sign up for GIRO or Credit Card Reccuring Payment. The forms are downloadable at this link: http://www.mptc.org.sg/Downloads.
All facility bookings, except for funerals, will be suspended until further notice. For funeral wakes, residents should call our hotlines, or the 24-hour EMSU hotline at Tel: 1800-325 8888 to book the void deck or communal halls.
Bulky Item Removal Service
The Bulky Item Removal Service will resume from 2 June 2020. To minimise face-to-face interactions, we would advise residents to place their items outside of their unit prior to the removal. To arrange for this service, please call or email us 3 days in advance.
For more information on this service, you can refer to this link: http://www.mptc.org.sg/Our-Services-Bulky-Items-Removal-Service.
Residents can continue to reach us via phone calls and emails, and your request will be attended to. Meanwhile, essential services to upkeep the cleanliness and maintenance of the estate are on-going.
Let’s continue to combat COVID-19 together. Stay safe!
